Our Activities
I. STUDY CIRCLES:
We arranged a study circle in Department of Psychology University of Peshawar to address the influence (curse) of perfectionism and social media on human well being. In which all the participants examined the issue from many points of view and identified areas of common ground.
II. DONATION DRIVE:
We aimed for positivity and some good change in our society, at the start of Ramadan. With God’s grace and relentless efforts of the passionate members and volunteers of YPS, it became possible in no time. The Young Psychologists Society started a donation drive to help many deserving children celebrate their Eid in a better way

III. SEMINARS:
- DE-STIGMATIZATION OF MENTAL HEALTH:
A seminar on De-stigmatization of Mental health in collaboration with Directorate of Youth Affairs has recently been arranged by The Young Psychologists Society. It was an interactive and engaging event by reason of our illustrious speakers. Different topics were done on the respective day including; Phone Addiction, Personality Grooming and perfectionism.
- DISABILITY AND MENTAL HEALTH
A seminar on Disability and Mental Health in collaboration with Paraplegic Centre Peshawar was organized by the Young Psychologists Society at Paraplegic Centre Peshawar. It was a motivating and productive event; many sensitive factors were covered on the day by efficient speakers. The Young Psychologists Society always strive to make the students and people look at things from different perspectives and spread the word on things rarely considered in our society.
IV. PLANTATION DRIVE:
The Young Psychologists Society arranged a “Plantation Drive” under the scheme “Sarsabz Pakistan” at Department of Psychology, University of Peshawar. The activity brought a good change in the educational setting and encouraged the students to get involved in such activities in future.
